How the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting brain injury survivors

BITP has previously published survivor stories to provide hope to brain injury survivors, their family and friends that some kind of recovery is possible. Experiential information is so important and we really value Michelle's insight into all things brain injury and recovery.

"2020 has been a difficult year to say the least. BITP’s development of the 'Return to Work Accommodations Programme' has had to be put on hold temporarily and we wanted to reach out at this time to experts and organisations operating in the field of brain injury recovery to provide valuable insight on how this pandemic might be impacting people. This is especially important when we consider how many vital community support groups and networking events have had to be postponed this year."

- Raymond Lynch, BITP Founder
